MMSB was appointed as the concept design and independent check consultant for Civil, Structural, Electrical and Mechanical Services for the commercial office complex in Putrajaya.
The project is a design and built type of contract. MMSB was appointed to provide a conceptual design and bid document for the design and built package, and as an independent check engineer for the client. This project was designed as Class A commercial office complex comprising of a 13 storey office and retail spaces and 2 storey basement carpark with a total gross area of 61,000m².
MMSB’s scope includes:
- Conceptual and system planning.
- Preliminary engineering and cost investigation.
- Conceptual engineering design and drawings.
- Tender bid documents and specification.
- Independent check engineers.
- Contract and site administration.
- Supervision of construction and installation, testing, commissioning and handing over.
